Misr wat with yogurt and ye’abesha gomen

For the second course, we are serving a family-style Ethiopian classic appetizer. Misr Wat is a variation of spiced red lentils, served with yogurt, alongside Ye’abesha Gomen - more commonly known as collard greens. The Misr Was is served with INJERA BREAD. Traditionally, the Misr Wat is placed onto the Injera Bread, along with the Ye’abesha Gomen, and eaten with your hands.

Note: Injera Bread is not suitable for anyone with a gluten intolerance.
