Impact
Safe Shelter
ZLT Hope Homes offers safe shelter, access to education, a nutritious diet, love and support to children and youth affected by abuse and abandonment. To date, over 35 children have been provided with safe shelter and quality education.
Economic Empowerment
ZLT Hope Homes works with single mothers and youth (18-30 years) to engage in educational advancement and skills training opportunities. In 2021, the ZLT Hope Homes Economic Empowerment program has supported four youth and three single mothers through the economic empowerment program and social work support.
Holistic Healing Support
ZLT Hope Homes is launching the Community Wellness Program in November 2021, offering psychosocial support services to children, women, and youth affected by sexual violence in the Soweto region of Nairobi, Kenya. The Community Wellness Program aims to support over 100 community members from November 2021 – November 2022.

Offering psychosocial support and referral services for survivors of child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual violence.
Advocacy Programs
Providing education on consent, health relationships, reproductive health, human trafficking, and sexual abuse.

ZLT Hope Homes receives the funds contributed via Children of Hope’s Canada Helps account three times annually. One hundred percent of funds contributed via the Canada Helps portal are donated directly to ZLT Hope Homes.
